Our goal is to help you experience the inherent health benefits of tai chi.
This includes improved energy, a sense of balance, and lower stress levels.
We offer classes two days a week where all levels are welcome, beginners and experienced practitioners alike. We even provide special times for new students to learn in a smaller group as they get comfortable in their practice.
